Welcome to dovere. By using this store or buying from it, you agree to these terms.

The store. This store is operated by dovere and hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform that lets us sell to you.

Products. We work hard to show products accurately, but colors and placement can vary slightly from screen to finished garment; small variation is normal and isn't a defect.

Orders. We can refuse or cancel any order (for example if a product is unavailable or was mispriced). If we cancel an order you've paid for, you get a full refund. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

Prices. Prices are in USD and may change without notice. Shipping and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.

Our content. The dovere name, logo, and designs belong to us. Don't copy or reuse them without written permission.

Your content. Anything you send us (like a review or a photo you tag us in) may be reshared on our channels unless you tell us not to.

Liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, dovere is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of the store or products. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the product.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
